We had a lot of difficulties building our pond, but it turned out well.

The pond's landscape is still very much a work in progress. Most of the plants surrounding the pond and waterfall went in during the first week of July 2000. I predict the pond will look even better as the plants grow and fill in, and as the plants along the fence grow to conceal the neighbors' properties.
